Montelimar Computer Club (CIM) was founded in 1984; 3 kinds of computers were on display :

  • Commodore 64
  • Amiga (Motorola 68000)
  • PC (Intel Pentium)

At the beginning, only computer geeks met to exchange their skills and develop software on tapes (hard drives were far too expensive!!!) They had to move from one place to another with their computers before getting a decent meeting room.

The Computer Club is a welcoming and relaxing place to exchange skills and ideas. Humor and friendliness are most welcome. Senior and new members share a lot of hardware and activities, as well as Internet access, WIFI, scanners, printers... CIM has supervised different local events :

  • Salon de la Micro
  • Salon des Jeux de Mots
  • Forum des Associations de Montélimar
  • Sésame VTT featuring St James Vélo Club
